Main characters
Milo (voiced by Kyle Massey) is an adventurous Siam fighter who is a self-proclaimed “party guy”. He is best friends with Bey and his older brother, Oscar. Milo’s attention to “failure fish” was shown to be disabled and he learned only by absorbing knowledge in situations close to death.
Oscar (voiced by Justin Roland) is a nervous, socially awkward catfish with an older brother of Afro and Milo. He is a keen video game player and regularly serves as the voice of logic and justice among the original cast.
He was often under great pressure throughout the series, mostly due to Milo’s misery and wild behavior. Oscar in the Fish Hooks movie is a significant character.
Oscar was secretly in love with Bay until mid-season 2, where he had a crush on a rival debate team gamer’s daughter, Angela, who became his girlfriend for the rest of this season. He is shown to be a freak, as well as being a brother to Milo, as opposed to each other (besides being a completely different species).
In the first season of the series, a clam named Clamantha was an Oscar cheater and regularly followed him secretly, until he met Angela.
After spending almost all of her time playing Angela’s video games, Oscar accidentally calls her a BE, and then they break up. After this, Oscar returns to love Bea, as well as awakening his feelings for Beer, with the two series leading up to the finals.
BA Goldfishberg (in the voice of Chelsea Kane) is a goldfish who is extremely “extra dramatic”, as well as dreams of becoming an actress in the future. For most of the series, his friend Oscar had a huge crush on which he was completely ignorant.
She is extremely self-centered and tends to boast about her acting abilities and various talents, but she is beautiful at heart. He has an interest in plays and theaters and regularly enrolls in various school plays.
She has a strong, regular monologue best friend, called Chelsea, who usually has to remove B from her dramatic tantrums or solve her problems. At the end of the series, Bea finally gets involved with Oscar.
